All,

I received a reply from CSLO’s MWR as to the available dates in September to hold the BBQ. They are the 5th, 19th and 26th. The 5th is Labor Day weekend and the area will be busy with travelers and are likely to spike up the cost of lodging in and around SLO. I am not sure how busy lodging is within the post during holiday weekends but more than likely they will be close to if not at max capacity. I will submit the request for the 19th. If there is a preference by the majority for the 26th, please let me know ASAP. 

We are still having issues with the mail list server. Today I realized that 37 addresses had dropped off the server. I resubscribed each one and hopefully the issues are in the past. I will also send this out through my gmail account but broken down by the limitations imposed by Google on the number of recipients. If you get the Google one with about 40 recipients but not the mail list with 133 recipients, please let me know.
