[Alumni] 40th DIVARTY AT BBQ

Good afternoon Everyone,

Got some new information on the DIVARTY End-of-AT BBQ at Fort Irwin from Jay Pon this morning. He contacted billeting and they stated they have no availability until August. Nearest city with lodging is Barstow. They may have RV hook ups available but I have not checked on that but definitely the rooms will not be available. 

Also CSM Bailes clarified that we are not actually cooking the BBQ. That will be on their mess sections and S4 to provide the food, drinks and cooks. He would like for us to maybe serve on the line and definitely mingle with the current soldiers of the DIVARTY. 

Date is still 30 Jun (+ or - one day)
