[Alumni] 40th DIVARTY BBQ (13 Sep) Camp San Luis Obispo

Good evening all,

We are 29 short days from our BBQ. So far I have received 60 RSVPs stating they are attending. Tim, George, Gerald and I met online today and settled on the following menu:
Tri Tip
Jocko Beans
Salad
Garlic Bread
Salsa
Appetizers - chips, sausage
Cake, Pies
Bottled Water
Various sodas

We are leaving out alcohol beverages which will be BYOB if you would like some. If there are other menu items you think we should include please let us know. Utensils, plates, napkins and cups are covered.

We estimate the cost to be $30/person to include the rental of the NCO Club. I will be collecting through Zelle (510-685-6358).

We plan on starting the prep around 1000 on Saturday. We could use the help of about six (6) persons to prep the meat, etc., so we will be ready to start the grill at 1500. The venue will also need to be set up with tables and chairs at that time. We are planning on being ready to sit down to eat around 1730-1800. If you would like to volunteer to help out in the prep, please let us know.
